The case against the student accused of killing Joburg teacher Kirsten kluyts has been postponed to 13 December 2023. Bafana Mahungela appeared briefly in the Alexandra magistrates court on Tuesday morning. He was arrested last week at a Varsity College Student residence in Benmore after video footage was obtained from CCTV cameras in the vicinity of Parkmore where Kluyts’ body was discovered. His lawyer Advocate Itumeleng Masako says they are ready to proceed with the bail application.
