African National Congress (ANC) Veteran Snuki Zikalala says he believes former SARS Commissioner Tom Moyane might have been used by the apartheid-era agents, to decimate the revenue services. Zikalala added that under Moyane's tenure, SARS failed to collect the targeted revenue. He says Moyane knew he was going to be commissioner before he was appointed. The veteran was in conversation with Aldrin Sampear on POWER Talk on Wednesday.
