The buzzwords over the past couple of days were ‘’under administration’’ We saw this with the UNISA debacle versus the minister of higher education Blade Nzimande, and BUSA calling for the UIF to be placed under administration. So what does it mean when an institution is placed under administration and what happens during that process? What are the goals and aims of the administrator, whether it is a municipality, or a government department being administered, what happens during that process and how do they ensure the institution in question doesn’t relapse?
