THE PSYCHOLOGY OF GRIEF

View descriptionShare

Grief is an intense emotion and a natural process that usually follows the loss of a loved one, friend, or family member. The death of a loved one is a traumatic event that can affect many aspects of a person’s life, including their emotional and psychological state. Death is an inevitable part of life, and yet no one can fully prepare themselves for the emotional impact that comes with it. Counselling Psychologist Nsamu Moonga, and PowerFM reporter Nkosikhona Malinga-Mnisi, and Actress Dineo Rasedile share their stories of grief.
