Residents in Gauteng have expressed varied feelings about Eskom's "load limiting" experiment in Fourways, with some stating they were not cut and others left with more concerns than answers about how the programme will be executed. The pilot was launched last Friday, during phases 1–4 load shedding. Its goal was to manage and optimize supply and demand during the early stages of load shedding.
