Unilever Food Solutions, generally known as UFS is a food service division of Unilever. Unilever plays in 5 key categories: Home care, personal care, Nutrition, Ice cream and beauty and well-being. UFS then falls into the Nutrition category. While all other categories cater to the consumers, Unilever Food solutions caters to chefs and hospitality business owners (restaurants, hotels, catering, quick service restaurants and deli’s).

In 2023 we launched the Future Menus trend report which seeks to set the trend in the culinary space. This report is released globally each year and it covers food trends that will keep chefs on the winning side and have guests coming back for more
