On December 17, two boys gang raped a fifteen-year-old girl in Midrand. A common friend of the boys and the girl is said to have orchestrated and plotted the horrifying episode. According to reports, the girl attended a braai at a clubhouse, but her friend transported her to a different home. According to SAPS four suspects have handed themselves over, and the fifth suspect is still on the loose.
