The National Commissioner of the South African Police Service (Saps), General Fannie Masemola, has called on the country’s law enforcement agencies to stop crime within the country before criminals cross the borders. Masemola delivered the keynote address at the official opening of the development of South Africa’s national strategy to prevent and combat transnational organised crime.
