The South African National Taxi Council (SANTACO) is supporting the call for safer roads by launching the Hlokomela road safety campaign, geared towards the Easter long weekend in the Free State.  Last week, multi-disciplinary road safety campaigns were launched across provinces ahead of the annual Easter break.
