With just a few months left as mayor of Johannesburg, Dada Morero said he has plans to make the city of gold the best on the continent. Morero delivered his maiden state of the city address (SOCA) on Wednesday at the Connie Bapela council chambers in Braamfontein. Before outlining his priorities, Morero admitted that the city is in a poor state and much has to be done to correct this.
