In its annual report, the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) has revealed that out of 38,588 potential retrenchments, the commission was able to save 15,787 of those jobs.
CCMA Director Cameron Morajane says some of these disputes can be prevented and one job lost is one too many. Morajane says job losses are mostly due to technology or economics
Morajane was in conversation with Thabiso Tema on the POWER Drive on Monday.
