The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) in the Eastern Cape has confirmed it will appeal the Gqeberha High Court's judgment acquitting controversial pastor Timothy Omotoso on all charges. The NPA says it believes there are reasonable prospects of a successful appeal despite the legal complexities involved.
