Human Settlements Minister Thembi Simelani has expressed dissatisfaction with the choice of land for the Thubalethu informal settlement upgrade project on the KwaZulu-Natal north coast. The land which is hilly is in Melmoth. Thabiso Kotane speaks to Human Settlements Minister, Thembi Simelane.
