Thabiso Kotane was in conversation with Mlungisi ‘Majazi’ Maseko about how he is helping his community in Elukwatini Mooiplaas, Chief Albert Luthuli Municipality to get water to use on a daily and more than 100 families make usage of this water. And also, how the government promised to assist him, but they never kept their promise.
