Kedibone Diale Tlabela, Gauteng MEC for Roads and Transport is pleading with motorists to comply with all the rules of the road to reduce the number of accidents this Easter holiday. Diale-Tlabela made this plea as she launched the Gauteng Roads Easter Safety Campaign on the N12 Highway along Slovo Park Informal Settlement in the south of Johannesburg earlier today.  Thabiso Kotane speaks to Gauteng Department of Transport MEC, Kedibone Diale-Tlabela.
