Hawks in Gauteng have arrested four people for tampering with the essential infrastructure in Alberton, south of Johannesburg. The four men, aged between 25 and 70, were arrested yesterday following the discovery of a dug-up pit leading to a Transnet fuel pipeline that runs through Thina Sonke RDP houses.
