Thembinkosi Pantsi is currently the Dealer Principal for Hatfield Audi Braamfontein and the newly appointed National Vice Chairperson of the National Automobile Dealers’ Association. 

He is the Former CEO and Co-Founder of Avari Cars Premium Pre-Owned Dealership in Menlyn. Before that, he held the role of Dealer Principal at Lindsay Saker Audi Centre Sandton and Audi Centre Bryanston.

In 2007, Thembinkosi joined McCarthy Motor Group, dedicating half of his time to grow within the Motor Industry. Over the years, he was promoted from Sales Executive to Assistant Sales Manager and then to New Car Sales Manager for Volvo Cars. He later became the Brand Manager for Volvo Cars. In 2012, at the age of 31, he was appointed the Dealer Principal, heading up a car dealership in Pretoria with an annual turnover of approximately R160-million.
