Noluthando Mthonti-Mlambo speaks to Melvin Jones CEO of Proponics in this week's edition of the POWER Suit. 

Melvin is the Group Chief Executive Officer at Proconics Holdings Company, having taken over leadership of the company in 2010 as the Managing Director. In September 2021, the Proconics Holdings Company was established and he took over as the Group's Chief Executive Officer.

His mandate is to drive new acquisitions to grow the group of companies and expand its reach through the establishment of Proconics International in Saudi Arabia. Over the past 13 years, Melvin has been responsible for transforming Proconics into a world-class EPC (Engineering Procurement Construction)  company that solves local problems with local talent. He firmly established ethical governance and professional management as foundational tenants at Proconics.
