Khandani Msibi has over 30 years of experience which started in Manufacturing in the Steel Industry and later moved to the FMCG industry working for companies like Bristol Myers Squibb, Bromor Foods and Amalgamated Beverage Industries (ABI) at senior management level. His introduction into Sales was when he was appointed National Sales Director at Fedics. After a short stint in a Water Board as CEO joined NUMSA Investment Company when it was being liquidated and rescued it with a team of professionals.

Msibi and his team transformed NUMSA Investment Company from being a funeral services company into a group of companies in Life Insurance, Medical Aid, Retirement Fund and Investment and lately Biotechnology.
