President of the United Democratic Movement, Bantu Holima has told POWER Breakfast host Thabiso Tema that National Prosecuting Authority head Advocate Shamila Batohi is unfit to hold office and are calling for her to be axed. The call comes after the NPA’s failure to prosecute its first state capture case related to the Nulane matter. Holomisa on Monday wrote to President Cyril Ramaphosa requesting the inquiry and Batohi’s suspension during the process. Joining in on the conversation is Advocate Paul Hoffman to respond on how the NPA’s performance should be determined.
