With elections fast approaching, prospective voters might expect their cellphones' notification alerts to start chiming every so often with those dreaded messages from political parties begging for their support. Moria Sanyane spoke to Adv Collen Weapond responsible for the Protection of Personal Information Act at the Information Regulator about the prohibition on processing personal information.
