A key finding from the Gauteng City-Region Observatory's (GCRO) seventh survey that is being released on Tuesday is that the Quality-of-Life Index, which combines 33 indicators from across the survey to provide a measure of well-being, has dropped over two successive surveys to its lowest level ever.
