The saga between on-and-off-again Old Mutual CEO Peter Moyo and the company, which has dragged on for over three months, shows no sign of abating. Moyo’s lawyer Eric Mabuza has confirmed to POWER News that he will be reporting for duty at the Sandton offices at 8:00 on Monday. However, Old Mutual said in a statement on Friday that Moyo has not challenged the contractual validity of second axing on 21 August. POWER Breakfast was in conversation with Mabuza on Friday.
