Kimberly Rice is the former Speaker pro Tempore of the New Hampshire House of Representatives. A passionate advocate for children and families, Kim ran for public office to make an impact. In 2014, Kim was elected to her first term in the New Hampshire House of Representatives, representing Hudson and the Hillsborough 37 district. During this time, Kim served on the Children and Family Law Committee. Kim served as the Republican Policy leader for the 2019-2020 legislative session and was appointed Speaker pro Tempore in 2020.
In this episode, Kim and I discuss the factors that make Nikki Haley a strong candidate for President. We highlight her policy positions and how they align with the needs and concerns of American citizens today. We delve into how Nikki Haley’s leadership experience as a former governor and UN Ambassador can shape her presidential campaign. We also discuss how hateful and divisive rhetoric impacts young people’s well-being and underscore why America needs a leader with compassion.
“I want America to have a president we can be proud of—one that has compassion; that knows what she's doing; that will stand up to our enemies and not cower; one that has walked the walk and talked the talk.” - Kim Rice
