It has been 30 years since the worst mass shooting in the history of modern Australia, where 35 people were murdered at Port Arthur in Tasmania. Members of the Victoria Police Special Operations Group answered the call of Tasmania Police to help catch and arrest the offender. Twenty-year-old James Donnelly is walking home from a party when he is hit and killed by a car, with the driver fleeing the scene. There are no witnesses and all that is left at the scene are some small fragments of the car, but that's all that two investigators need to hunt the killer, find answers for a grieving family and help change Victorian law forever.
