The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, IFRC has warned that Somalia is on the brink of a humanitarian catastrophe. According to the global humanitarian organization, one in four people in the country face high levels of acute food insecurity, while more than eight-hundred thousand children under the age of five are at risk of acute malnutrition.
