This Mandela day on the 18th of July, the non-profit organization Ladles of Love, has set out to break the Guinness World Record for the world's largest mosaic created entirely out of cans of food. The attempts will take place in Cape Town and Johannesburg. The food cans collected for the mosaic will be donated to communities in need and money raised will feed the hungry.
