South Africa's National Council of Smoking, NCAS has welcomed the urgently needed tax on e-cigarettes announced by finance minister, Tito Mboweni. The non-governmental organisation say this bold move in announcing taxation will reduce youth use of e-cigarettes and prevent them from becoming addicted to nicotine and later switching to cigarettes.
