The gang has made it to a bright spot in GMW Season One: Rider’s first episode as a director! And they picked the perfect script for his debut. The kids are playing dress-up in the ‘60s and digging into Cafe Hey (pronounced HEHHH).

Farkle’s loose goatee captures their imaginations as they try to figure out whether they're meeting Topanga’s mom, grandmother or one of four possible sets of parents from the Lawrence bloodline.

Will and Danielle are confused by the sudden time jump with no cat, vortex or tie-dye time hole in sight, and then an assignment from teacher Cory helps everything click into place.

Plus, Rider reveals what made him change his mind from “hating" this episode to the high praise of “it kind of works," right here on Pod Meets World!
