Alex Flint, an expert on climate change policy and nuclear power, joins "Plugged In" host Neil Chatterjee to call out industry and government leaders who have allowed the climate change crisis to devolve from a technical problem to a partisan fight.

Flint, who serves as the executive director of the Alliance for Market Solutions, said it's just about time for a "do over," when it comes to climate policy. He also shares some life advice with the energy space: Don't pay the carbon price.
