Friday, December 19, 2025: An early-season showdown on the hardwood saw Marathon host Groton in an IAC Small School North divisional matchup. After a low-scoring first quarter, the teams traded baskets over the final three periods, but a decisive 9-0 run by the Olympians midway through the fourth quarter proved to be the difference, lifting Marathon to its first win of the season, 44-35.
