Thursday, May 12: For the first time since 1976, Union Springs has won an IAC softball championship. The Wolves' bats got going early and often against Tioga, but it was Hailee Smith who stole the show in the circle and at the plate. She threw a complete game shutout and hit a three-run homerun, to lift the Wolves to a 6-0 win from Wells College.
