The Blue Raiders struck first with a run in the opening inning, but Beaver River responded with 14 unanswered runs over the next three frames to pull away for a 14-1 victory and advance to the next round of the Class C state tournament.

Thursday June 4th: With a trip to state regionals on the line Ithaca and West Genesee faced off. Behind Keira Vrabel's six goal performance the wildcats picked up a convincing double digit 19-9 win over the Little Red.

West Genesee vs. Ithaca - New York State Class A  Girls Lacrosse Tournament Sub Regionals 

Wednesday June 3rd: With a trip to state regionals on the line, Ithaca hosted West Genesee in a Class A clash. The Little Red got within one goal in the first quarter, but nine unanswered goals between the second and third quarters propelled the Wildcats to a 15-5 victory.

The Little Red trailed by three goals after three quarters, but mounted a dramatic comeback with three goals in less than 30 seconds to tie the game. With just 12 seconds remaining in regulation, Isaac Lee-Byrnes delivered the game-winner, lifting Ithaca to an 8-7 victory and its first sectional championship since 2018.
