On September 5,  2025, the Deputy Minister of Higher Education & Training, Dr Nomusa Dube-Ncube, together with local leaders and the Wholesale & Retail SETA led by CEO Tom Mkhwanazi, broke ground on an R80 million Agricultural Retail Hubat Ingwe TVET College.
