The Haunted Halsted Halloween Parade, ranked among the 10 Best Halloween Celebrations in the U.S. by Fodor’s Travel, is one of the city’s most beloved and spectacular Halloween celebrations. The free-to-watch parade includes fire breathers, marching bands, roller skaters, live performances, costumed people and pets, and so much more! IF YOU'RE FEELING MESSY: Check out the Fair Oaks Farms’ Pumpkin Smash Bash this Saturday from noon-4pm!  Get ready to help smash the leftover pumpkins in their pumpkin patch! You’ll be able to smash some pumpkins with bats, stomp on some pumpkins with plastic covers over your shoes, or even destroy pumpkins by throwing them at a target.
