President Joe Biden makes one of the biggest gaffes of his political career by asking where a U.S. rep was in the room: "Where's Jackie?"  U.S. Congresswoman Jackie Walorski passed away last month in a tragic car accident.  Amazingly, White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre says that Jackie was "top of mind" for Biden, and it wasn't in-fact a blunder.  The press in the briefing room actually continued to challenge Jean-Pierre to explain it and she pressed on with the same answer.  Chris has many questions regarding the incident, and explains why this is different from Joe's previous gaffes.
