Happy Veterans Day! Thank you to all of our men and women that have honorably served our country. Today, November 11th, 2021, marks the one hundredth anniversary of the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Arlington National Cemetery. The Kyle Rittenhouse trial took a dramatic turn yesterday. Tempers flared in the court room as the prosecution and judge were at odds.

- KRIS KOBACH – Former Kansas Secretary of State | Kobach presented before a legislative committee created to review potential policy responses to the federal vaccine mandates, including requirements from the Occupational Health and Safety Administration that businesses with 100 and more employees be vaccinated or test weekly. Formal rules for that policy were unveiled last week, with employees forced to comply starting January 4th, 2022.
- BEN DOMENECH – Publisher of The Federalist | New Civil Liberty Alliance represents Ben Domenech in a free speech lawsuit where a tweet in jest by Mr. Domenech resulted in a federal case with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). In Domenech’s case, the charging party is Joel Fleming, a random person on Twitter who is completely unrelated to The Federalist or its employees. The case is being heard in Philadelphia.
