President Joe Biden delivered remarks yesterday on the new COVID omicron variant that prompted market panic and new travel restrictions. The President continued to urge Americans to get vaccinated and seek out booster shots for COVID, and also mentioned that the United States would help to vaccinate other countries around the globe. Representative Lauren Boebert reached out to Ilhan Omar after making what were considered 'islamaphobic' jokes about her fellow representative from Minnesota.
