Everywhere you look, individual Republicans (not the GOP Leadership) are on offense.  Ron DeSantis threatens to send a plane to Joe Biden's vacation spot in Delaware and the media -- locally and nationally -- show up to document it.  The plane never came.  That news broke as Chris was live on Newsmax about to talk about crime in Philadelphia.  The point?  DeSantis in Florida and Greg Abbott in Texas are controlling the narrative, taking the ball out of the hands of the media to spin stories as they wish.


  • RON VITIELLO – Former Chief of the US Border Patrol, Retired Acting ICE Director | The U.S. southern border had 203,598 encounters in August with increases from countries like Venezuela, Nicaragua and Cuba.  There have now been more than 2-million migrant encounters this fiscal year, in addition to the more than 1.7 million encounters last fiscal year.  Venezuelan migrants flown to the Massachusetts island of Martha’s Vineyard sued Ron DeSantis and his transportation secretary Tuesday for engaging in a “fraudulent and discriminatory scheme” to relocate them.  The case was filed in Boston.

CHRISTIAN ADAMS – President of the Public Interest Legal Foundation ( | Yesterday, September 20, 2022 was National Voter Registration Day.  Yesterday, Sen Amy Klobuchar (Minn.) and Ed Markey (Conn.) introduced The Same Day Voter Registration Act, which would require states to offer same day registration at polling locations on Election Day and during early voting and The Stop Automatically Voiding Eligible Voters Off Their Enlisted Rolls in States (SAVE VOTERS) Act which would prohibit states from removing people from their voting rolls unless the state has obtained objective, reliable evidence that a voter is ineligible to vote and establishes notification requirements once a voter is removed.
