Why was "gaslighting" Merriam-Webster's word of the year?  Chris thinks the word is so popular in 2022 because of people like Elizabeth Warren and Karine-Jean Pierre.  Democrats loved censoring citizens through Big Tech...until Elon Musk purchased Twitter.

TODAY'S GUESTS

  • PATRICK HEDGER  Executive Director of the Taxpayer’s Protection Alliance (ProtectingTaxpayers.org) | EARMARKS – TPA once again urges House Republicans to oppose reinstating earmarks in the 118th Congress. As the House GOP Conference votes on its party rules for the new Congress, TPA reminds elected officials that pork-barrel spending is an irresponsible use of taxpayer dollars.
  • JIM BURLING – VP of Legal Affairs at Pacific Legal Foundation (PacificLegal.org) | PAC Legal (at no charge) is defending Chuck Garrity, owner of South Jersey’s Death of the Fox Brewing Company against the Alcoholic Beverage Control of New Jersey (NJ ABC).  in 2019, NJ ABC issued a so-called “Special Ruling” for limited breweries that imposed a long list of severe restrictions. Food trucks were no longer allowed, for instance, and breweries could host no more than 25 special events per year. “Special events” include anything advertised beyond the brewery—trivia and fundraisers, for example. Live or DJ-spun music are also events—advertised or not. So are televised sports championships, which rope in the first rounds of any playoff series, meaning a brewery could blow through its yearly event limit in week one of the NCAA men’s basketball tournament. The NJ ABC claims these restrictions will somehow “balance” competition between the state’s 130 fledgling microbreweries and the 6,000 established bars, restaurants, and liquor stores.
  • DR. SEBASTIAN GORKA – Host of America First with Dr. Sebastian Gorka, weekdays from 3-6p.m. on Philadelphia’s AM 990 The Answer | @SebGorka | Dr. G's unfiltered thoughts on Trump’s Dinner with Kanye West, Milo Yiannopolous and Nick Fuentes.
