Increasing crime has been a recurring theme of the pandemic. In San Francisco, five more Walgreens are closing with the company saying citing shoplifting for the closures.

On top of that, a singer from Australia was recently robbed at gunpoint by thieves who broke into his car making off with $30,000 of camera equipment.
