San Francisco Mayor London Breed filed a ballot measure yesterday that will pose a question of surveillance to voters in June.

The measure is a two part proposal which would allow police more access to live camera feeds in areas relevant to large-scale retail thefts, as well as areas where drug deals happen out in the open like the Tenderloin.
