KCBS and Chronicle insider Phil Matier joined KCBS Radio Anchor Stan Bunger to discuss the recent uptick in crime perpetrated by roaming caravans that organize to commit mass robberies here in the Bay Area.

Many times these caravans take advantage of periods of civil unrest, such as the recent Presidential election along with the George Floyd protests months ago, but as Matier explains, they now seem to be acting outside of those boundaries as well.
