BART's Board of Directors voted 6-to-3 today to call on Alameda DA Nancy O'Malley to file charges against a second BART Police officer in connection with the death of Oscar Grant. Earlier this week, O'Malley released a video statement condemning that officer's actions but adding there wasn't enough evidence to prosecute.
