San Francisco Chronicle East Bay Columnist Otis Taylor Jr spoke with KCBS Radio news anchors Jeff Bell and Patti Reising to talk about The Oakland City Council postponing a vote that would have banned police officers from using certain types methods to restrain suspects.

This comes after the death of George Floyd earlier this year. While the city and police department both want to ban certain restraints there's some disagreement over the language.
