California Congressman Adam Schiff has become the most prominent Democrat to come out and call for President Joe Biden to step aside and let someone else run for President in November.

Schiff sent a statement to KCBS saying that while Biden has been one of the most consequential presidents in our history, and has made our country better, it's time for him to pass the torch. Schiff says he has serious concerns about whether the President can defeat Donald Trump in November.
