The endocannabinoid system is influenced by compounds found the Cannabis genus of plants and involves two compounds: cannabidiol (CBD) and tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). Federal and state regulation is changing, so the medicinal and recreatoinal use of cannabis-related prodcuts continues to increase. Although not life-threatening, some patients may experience Cannabis Hyperemesis Syndrome. Fortunately, a narrative review outlines the causes and treatment to help get out the weeds of treatment.
