Elysian is a group of farms where staff teach young people alongside caring for animals.
They're looking to fill various teaching vacancies
Headteacher Jo Mumford sat down in the goat field with Mike Waddington, to talk about what they do, how they do it and why applicants with the skills and experience from traditional and mainstream settings in primary and secondary sectors, can help young people who have an EHCP.
An EHCP - Education, Health and Care Plan - is a statutory document for children and young people whose needs cannot be met through standard SEN Support at school or college.
Jo says applicants need to be "practical, grounded and ready to get stuck in."
