In this special interview, Laura Sheppard speaks to Rob Ingram, one of the driving forces behind Entertainment Events, about an extraordinary year of fundraising through music, theatre and community-led events.

Recorded at a volunteer thank-you evening, the conversation reflects on the huge collective effort behind the scenes - from set builders and marquee teams to first aiders, front-of-house volunteers and performers - all of whom played a part in raising an impressive sum for the Rosemary Foundation.

The programme also features voices from across the evening, including the town crier Faye and deputy town crier Martin, local band Fate of the Magpie, and representatives from the Rosemary Foundation, who explain exactly what the charity does, how vital fundraising like this is to their running costs, and the real difference it makes to patients and families in the local area.
