Karen Goffe has written a book, a factual summary of the strange happenings in Petersfield in 1928 on Chapel Street.

Her grandmother's story was extensively reported in the national and international press in 1930 from the Petersfield Post.

Karen's interest in genealogy led her to uncover the goings on, the times and emotions that give rise to these stories and the crowds that came.
